International Pedagogy
At Focus Edu Care, the learning is the keystone of management education. Our programs are specially designed to
provide practical exposure to real business situations and develop an analytical approach towards critical
situations and take decisions accordingly.An exceptionally integrated learning environment for all students

nurturing leadership skills in the students. Classroom lectures emphasise rigorously on critical thinking,
strategic planning, reasoning, decision making and a subtle understanding of all business aspects. A

Pedagogy
FSBF favours two-way communication in order to facilitate holistic development of the students. Therefore the institute selects the faculty members carefully and designs the pedagogy
Role -Plays - Students are made to experience real business situations personally. Students in groups are given a real business situation to solve in the stipulated time. Such tasks develop team spirit and group dynamics.
Case Analysis- Real-life situations are given to the students and are expected to come up with a solution.
Lateral Thinking techniques - These techniques basically analyse the creativity, lateral thinking and also the analytical approach of the students. They either have to interpret a picture in different ways or complete a sentence or to comprehend a regional (unknown language)movie.
Interactive lectures - Students are asked to make presentation then all the group members as well as the faculty explains him his flaws- speaking, body language, eye contact etc.
Guest lectures by industry experts - Industry experts visit our campus to provide deep insight into business to our students by sharing their experiences, challenges faced by them in their career and how they overcome it.
Industrial Visits - Students will visit different industries to have a practical exposure of real situations
Summer Internships - Students will spend two months in different companies and learn the functioning of the organisation. It will prove to be a milestone in the whole curriculum
Project Work - Students will work on different in-house and live projects which will inculcate team spirit and leadership skills in them
